Description

Mendeley Data dataset — RCR LiB recycling TEA/LCA model (v2) ============================================================ Generated 2026-09-21 for manuscript: Wang, S., Zheng, S. "Techno-economic and life-cycle assessment of hydrometallurgical recycling of blended LFP/NCM retired LIBs" (Resources, Conservation & Recycling, submission v2) FILES ----- calc_teav2.py : Python 3 script computing all techno-economic outputs (NPV, net margin, breakeven substitution rate, sensitivity) and the Monte-Carlo price-path simulation (5,000 paths). teav2_out.json : Full model outputs, including the 5,000-path Monte-Carlo sample arrays used for the P(NPV>0) probabilities reported in the manuscript (industrial 24.3%/17.9%, battery 10.8%/5.3%). HOW TO REPRODUCE ---------------- 1. pip install numpy pandas (standard library + numpy/pandas only) 2. python calc_teav2.py -> regenerates teav2_out.json deterministically (fixed random seed) 3. All figures of the paper are produced by render_figures_rcr.py and render_ga_pillow.py in the manuscript source folder (not part of this dataset; available from the corresponding author on request). NOTES ----- - Price inputs reflect the September 2026 China spot regime (see Table 1 / A.1). - LCA background factors are industry-typical point values pending replacement with ecoinvent/CLCD rows (manuscript Section 3.2, limitation noted).
