This dataset includes preprocessed LC-MS metabolomics results from AB SCIEX TOF5600, processed in XCMS for feature detection, retention time correction, and peak intensity integration, exported in Excel format for downstream statistical analysis.Excel file containing metabolite identification results from untargeted metabolomics data, as annotated by MetDNA (Metabolite Identification and Dysregulated Network Analysis). Raw mass spectrometry data files (.wiff/.wiff.scan) for the identification of in vivo and in vitro components of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction acquired using an AB SCIEX TripleTOF 5600+ system in both positive and negative ionization modes with data-dependent acquisition (DDA).
