This dataset contains supplementary raw data and analysis files supporting the study "Replication-origin inversions accompany compositional skew and phylogenetic artefacts in fan worm (Annelida: Sabellida) mitochondrial genomes". It includes annotated GenBank flat files, motif analysis results, per-gene GC skew tables, gene order distance matrices, and R scripts used for statistical comparisons.
