Description
The dataset population consist of primary school headteachers in the northern region of Malaysia, who is attached to the Ministry of Education (MoE), Malaysia. The total number of 167 respondents responded through an online survey.

Steps to reproduce
Primary schools headteachers were from the northern region of Malaysia participated in this survey. Primary schools headteachers are considered as top managers, although they involve in middle-level management in Malaysia educational by organizational hierarchy. They also responsible for district, state and the Ministry for school performance, and therefore they are considered as the heart of device for school transformation and improvement. Three hundred questionnaires were distributed online, and 167 usable questionnaires were returned for analysis.
