This dataset includes the results of the seawater trace metal analysis, physiological measurements on individual Stylophora pistillata, Turbninaria reniformis, and Pocillopora damicornis coral nubbins, encompassing photosynthetic parameters (such as chlorophyll fluorescence-derived photochemical parameters, gross and net photosynthesis rates, and respiration rates, total chlorophyll and protein content) as well as skeletal growth rates.
