Data used in time series analyses from underwater imagery taken at 30-min intervals by two benthic landers (TL2 and TL3) deployed in the Gully Canyon, NW Atlantic Ocean, from October 2022 to July 2023. The data include lander-measured environmental variables and remote-sensed environmental data. Additionally, it includes image-derived labels and counts for marine snow particles and sea pens (Pennatula aculeata). The landers were positioned approximately 600 meters apart in distinct habitats: TL2 at 356 m depth was stationed in a field dominated by P. aculeata, while TL3 at 325 m depth was deployed in a field dominated by Balticina finmarchica.
