Description

This study aims to evaluate the quality of sleep, its associated factors and consequences on the well-being and academic performance of 112 students at ISPITS in RABAT. The prevalence of poor sleep quality among students was 29% (PSQI score of 6.8 ± 2.8). Depression and sleep hygiene emerged as significant predictors of subjective sleep quality (p = 0.004; p = 0.05). Poor sleep quality was found to negatively affect certain aspects of students’ emotional state and academic performance (p<0.05).
