Description

This folder contains the original data used in the main text of 'Large-Size Laser Melt Pool Digital Reconstruction for Additive-Subtractive Strengthening Parameter Selection', including raw metallographic observation images, original force measurement data, and the original calculation results of the temperature field model. 1. The folder “Original calculation results for Fig 5 - 6” contains the original calculation results for the temperature field model, with each operating condition corresponding to a subfolder. The .mat files within these subfolders represent temperature distribution matrices for their respective simulation time points. Running the Show script will generate temperature images. Note that the computational results generated during the experiment are extensive. Only a few key simulation time points are provided here. For the complete dataset, please contact the corresponding author: Sun Cong Northeast University suncong1@mail.neu.edu.cn 2. The folder “Original Image for Fig 12” contains the original images captured by a metallurgical microscope. The imaging equipment used is the WMJ-9688 research microscope manufactured by Shanghai Yuguang Instruments. The original images in the main text have been cropped, with the cropped area being the central region of each image. 3. The Data.mat file in the “Original measured grinding force for Fig 13” folder contains the measured dynamic grinding force data. Running the Showdata script will plot the grinding force curve.
