This dataset supports a study of aviation MRO governance and performance among eight U.S. passenger airlines from 2015–2025. It includes the 88 carrier-year analytical panel, BTS T-100 and Form 41 P-5.2 aggregates, FAA Service Difficulty Report data, carrier identifier crosswalks, source metadata and checksums, the 352-cell governance coding frame, OII classifications, quality-control records, and the reconstructed environmental-linkage audit. The package is intended to support transparency, verification, and reproducibility of the manuscript’s reported results.
