Description

The recombination analysis of the RT-PCR partial coat protein gene against all the MWMV genome isolates in GenBank revealed that one sequence isolate is a recombinant.

Steps to reproduce

BLASTn was used to identify all the MWMV genome isolates in GenBank and alignment was carried out using ClustalW and recombination carried out using RDP4.
