Description
This dataset contains secondary genome analysis files for Xylaria sp. KR-3U, including antiSMASH biosynthetic gene cluster predictions, dbCAN3 CAZyme annotations, KEGG pathway assignments, and BUSCO completeness reports. The dataset supports the forthcoming manuscript entitled "Draft genome dataset of Xylaria sp. KR-3U isolated from Catharanthus roseus leaves collected in India". This version 3 update includes the assembled genome (FASTA) and gene annotation (GFF3) of Xylaria sp. KR-3U.

Steps to reproduce
1. Download all ZIP archives and text files from this Mendeley Data repository. 2. Extract each ZIP archive to access the analysis-specific output files, including results from genome quality assessment (QUAST), genome completeness evaluation (BUSCO), k-mer–based genome profiling (GenomeScope), structural gene prediction (AUGUSTUS), functional annotation (Blast2GO and KEGG KAAS), CAZyme annotation (dbCAN3 and CUPP), biosynthetic gene cluster prediction (antiSMASH), phylogenetic analysis, read quality control (FastQC, fastp, MultiQC), and contamination screening. 3. For reproduction of the analyses, obtain the raw sequencing reads and assembled genome from NCBI using the accession numbers cited in the associated manuscript. 4. Re-run each analysis pipeline using the same software tools, versions, and parameters described in the README files included within each ZIP archive.
