Here, we provide the raw sequencing data on the manuscript with the title: "Chemical evolution of Rhinovirus identifies capsid-destabilizing mutations driving low pH-independent genome uncoating". Files with the prefix 'orig_' are the sequenced 'P10' viruses from Fig. 1B, in which we detected G2274T and A2526G. The other .fastq.gz files are pertaining to Fig. 5, where the number denotes the lineage id. The file: 'p16-11-genomic-fragment.fasta' was used as a reference.
