Rujuan XinDescription
A non-targeted metabolomics study was conducted to investigate systemic metabolic alterations in a mouse model of psoriasis and to evaluate the metabolic effects of therapeutic intervention. The experiment included three groups, with n = 4 per group: Control group、IMQ group、IMQ + BEZ group. IMQ group: Mice were treated with Imiquimod (IMQ) to induce a well-defined psoriatic phenotype. IMQ + BEZ group: Mice were co-treated with Imiquimod (IMQ) and the therapeutic agent Bezafibrate (BEZ) to assess its modulatory effects on the IMQ-induced metabolic profile.
