The repository includes: (i) primer sequences and corresponding NCBI accession numbers used for mycovirus detection and identification; (ii) raw mortality data obtained from virulence bioassays; (iii) statistical analyses associated with mortality experiments; (iv) calculations of clone assay percentages for each fungal strain; (v) raw data used for the linear regression analyses evaluating the association between mycovirus prevalence and fungal virulence; and (vi) output files generated from the statistical analyses performed in the study using JMP and SPSS software.
