This dataset includes geochemical data from mid-Eocene carbonates of the Avon Park Formation (Florida, USA). It comprises stable carbon and oxygen isotope values, along with molar ratios of Mg/Ca+Mg and Mn/Ca+Mg for 173 samples. For a subset of 51 samples, trace element molar ratios (Mg, Li, B, Mn, Al, Na, Sr, and U/Ca+Mg) and boron isotope (δ¹¹B) values are also provided. Additionally, estimates of the maximum contribution of clay-derived boron and associated δ¹¹B values in these 51 samples are derived based on measured aluminum concentrations. A companion manuscript is currently under review at Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta (GCA).
