Global education is undergoing structural transformation driven by digital technology and social change. Analyzing OECD, UNESCO, and multinational education policies, this study identifies four core international trends: 1.AI-driven personalized learning (adaptive systems, immersive technologies, generative tools); 2.Competency-based pedagogical transformation (mainstreaming of PBL, blended learning expansion, institutionalization of SEL); 3.Technology-enabled inclusive equity (bridging digital divides, innovating special education, serving mobile populations); 4.Systemic teacher role redefinition (learning designers, data-driven decision-makers, micro-credentialing systems).
