Description

This dataset contains the analytical data, figure source data, and supplementary materials associated with the manuscript entitled “Disrupted magmatic evolution controls Nb and REE co-enrichment in alkaline-carbonatite systems”. It includes a sample inventory, zircon U–Pb geochronological data, mineral major- and trace-element compositions, in situ Sr–Nd–O isotope data, LA-ICP-MS line-scan data, and oxygen-isotope fractionation calculations used in Fig. 10. File descriptions, units, normalization procedures, abbreviations, and calculation details are provided in the accompanying README sheets. Version 3 corrects sample identifiers for seven oxygen-isotope analyses of the coarse-grained calcite carbonatite and includes minor metadata and documentation corrections. No analytical values, calculations, figures, or interpretations are affected.

Steps to reproduce

The analytical data and figure source data are provided in the Excel workbook. Tables S1–S12 contain the sample inventory and full analytical dataset, including zircon U–Pb data, mineral major- and trace-element compositions, LA-ICP-MS line-scan data, and in situ Sr–Nd–O isotope data. Figures can be reproduced using the corresponding figure source data sheets and oxygen-isotope model outputs included in the dataset.
