Description

Lipidomics profiling study shedding the light on how diet influences human malaria progression. The study encompass 98 children from Fulani and Mossi ethnic groups of Burkina Faso sampled longitudinally before and during Plasmodium falciparum natural infection. The study detects a total of 927 complex lipids.
