The data were collected from Ho Chi Minh City Open University, Vietnam. The sample was divided into two subpopulations: social work (SW) and nonsocial work (NSW) undergraduate students. The data shows the attitudes toward poverty and poor population of social work students and nonsocial work students in Vietnam.
