Steps to reproduce

- Identify the latent variables related to the internal service quality of the waste management system. - Define specific indicators for each latent variable that can effectively measure the intended constructs. - Formulate a clear and concise statement/question for each indicator to guide the respondents in providing their feedback. - Utilize a seven-point Likert scale to collect data for both exogenous (external) and endogenous (internal) constructs. The Likert scale should range from one (representing "strongly disagree") to seven (representing "strongly agree"). - Develop a comprehensive questionnaire set that includes all the formulated statements/questions and corresponding Likert scale options. Ensure that the questionnaire is organized logically and is easy for respondents to understand and complete.
