MS data for individual bands digested in-gel with trypsin, AspN or ArgC, with samples run in a Q-Exactive HF, Q-Exactive HFX and Orbitrap LTQ. Data was processed using PEAKS 8.5 (2017 Bioinformatics Solution Inc.), Skyline, Mascot (version 2.6.0., Matrix Science) and MaxQuant (version 1.5.7.4) .
