Description

This dataset contains the supplementary data supporting the findings of the study titled "Self-organizing human dual neural organoids model regional disease defects and teratogenicity". The data is organized into seven files (Data S1 to Data S7), which provide underlying data for Figure 2 (transcriptomic analysis) and Figure 5 (drug screening and AI-based image analysis). The dataset is structured as follows: Data S1. Shared transcriptomic patterns of PNS and CNS, related to Figure 2. Includes: (A) NMF analysis of 16 transcriptional patterns; (B) Top gene lists for each transcriptional pattern; (C) SJD umap visualizations. Data S2-S7. Bright-field images of drug treatments, related to Figure 5. Contains raw bright-field images from drug screening. The images are organized into six batches based on drug layout and screening batches: Data S2: Bright-field images of drug treatments 1-80, batch 1. Data S3: Bright-field images of drug treatments 1-80, batch 2. Data S4: Bright-field images of drug treatments 81-160, batch 1. Data S5: Bright-field images of drug treatments 81-160, batch 2.
