This dataset contains anonymized survey data collected from students in an AI-supported programming learning context. It includes measures of technology acceptance, learning engagement, reflective use, interest in programming, learning satisfaction, programming self-efficacy, and gender. The dataset was used to examine the direct and indirect relationships between technology acceptance and programming self-efficacy through mediation analysis. The data file is provided in SPSS (.sav) format and can be used to reproduce the main statistical analyses reported in the associated manuscript.
