Jiepai forest plots

Description

The dataset presented here contains both raw and analyzed data related to the research article 'Enhancing Species Diversity through Mixed Plantations of Native Tree Species Mytilaria laosensis and Michelia macclurei in Southern China' [1]. The dataset, which consists of two sheets, is provided as a single .xlsx file titled 'Jiepai forest plots.' The first sheet includes six survey variables: forest types, origin, tree species, diameter at breast height (DBH), ground diameter (GD), crown width, and survival states. The second sheet contains four diversity indices for each 10 m × 10 m subplot: species richness (SR), the number of individuals (N), Shannon-Wiener index (H'), and Pielou evenness index (EH).
