This dataset contains the raw and processed data supporting a study on the immunological effects of fowl adenovirus type 4 exposure in murine CD4+ T cells. The data include flow cytometry, cytokines, metabolic, proliferation, CXADR expression, and in vivo experimental results used to evaluate changes in CD4⁺ T cell differentiation and function following FAdV-4 exposure.
