The main purpose of this data is to investigate the effects of arginine vasopressin and angiotensin 2 on the expression of aquaporins in mouse renal collecting duct main cells. Immunoblotting, ELISA detection, rt PCR and other techniques were used to detect relevant indicators, providing more ideas and methods for subsequent experimental research.
