Description

1.The cell viability of cells treated with different concentrations of AO did not affect cell viability. These data suggested that the AO was non-toxic to RAW264.7. 2.The pre-treated with AO could alleviate the contents of NO, TNF-α, IL-6 produced by LPS. 3. AO showed significant inhibition on the ear edema. 4. AO could inhibited the rise of number of inflammatory cell induced by xylene and the epidermal thickness. 5. The level of TNF-α in the mice pretreated with AO significantly decreased compared to the model group
