Description

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of CSR Strategy, Sustainability Committee, Corporate Governance Committee on ESG Score with stakeholder engagement as moderating variable. The study uses quantitative methods, with secondary data taken from Refinitiv database with the research period spanning 2014 to 2023 for non-financial sector in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. This study uses balanced panel data with a total of 1.350 observations processed using SPSS 30 as a statistical tool.
