Carolina De-ZottiDescription
These datasets result from the monitoring of fluid mud deposits conducted between 2018 and 2020 along Cassino Beach (RS, Brazil). Data collection included dual-frequency echosounder measurements (200, 33, and 50 kHz), vertical density profiles, and sediment samples.

Steps to reproduce
All datasets have been post-processed. Using geographic positioning, a linear relationship was established between lutocline detection from the echosounder and the densimeter. Density gradients were calculated for all collected profiles, and acoustic signatures were classified accordingly. Sediment samples underwent granulometric analysis to characterize their textural composition.
