This dataset contains anonymized responses from a cross-sectional, anonymous online survey of women teaching staff at a private university in southern Peru. The study examines perceptions of working conditions and gender equity in academic careers, focusing on workload intensity, opportunities for promotion, access to training, and institutional support for research and university social responsibility. The instrument includes demographic and professional characteristics, family-care responsibilities, eight Likert-scale items measuring perceived work environment and career development conditions, and open-ended responses describing barriers to professional development, scientific production, and RSU participation. The dataset supports quantitative and qualitative analyses of discipline-related differences and perceived inequities within academic career structures.
