CyTOF profiling data of peripheral immune cells in mild ischemic stroke

Description

This dataset contains raw mass cytometry (CyTOF) data of peripheral blood immune cells from patients with mild ischemic stroke and matched healthy controls. Peripheral blood samples were collected at days 1, 3, and 7 after stroke onset. The dataset includes immune cell profiling data used to characterize temporal and infarct location–specific differences in myeloid and lymphoid cell subsets, as well as immune checkpoint expression.
