This dataset contains data regarding the regulatory effects of XCWY Formula on rat models of central precocious puberty (CPP). It includes general observations such as body weight and sexual maturation time of rats; hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining results of the ovaries, uterus and hypothalamus; serum levels of LH, FSH and E2; immunohistochemical findings of FSHR and LHCGR in the ovaries; mRNA and protein expression of GnRH, Kiss1, ESR1 and IGF-1 in the hypothalamus detected by PCR and Western blot (WB), as well as the effects of XCWY on immune-related changes in CPP rats.
