The raw data and analyzed data obtained from an online survey using Google form. The survey was implemented from 15 March to 19 May 2021 by using an online questionnaire to seek information about consumer preferences of cooking oil for popularity, consumption, and factors driven consumer preferences.

Steps to reproduce

To collect the information on consumer preferences of cooking oils in Cambodia, an online survey was used as a method of the study and started from 15 March 2021 until 19 May 2021 to conduct the structured questionnaire in Khmer language. Nine latent variables used in the questionnaire are frequency of consumption, purposes of consumption, frequency of purchasing, purchasing location, the volume of cooking oil purchased per time, preferred brand, consumption factors, and the raw materials of cooking oils.
