These datasets have been used to analyze the effects of Calcium Chloride, Salicylic Acid, and Ascophyllum nodosum on the cuticle thickness of 'Italia' table grapes during growth and ripening. Once fully mature, the datasets were also used to evaluate their influence on quality traits
