Description

Mapping the mutations from the West Bengal variants, double mutant (B.1.617) and triple mutant (B.1.618), onto X-ray crystallographic structure of Receptor Binding Domain (RBD) and Cryo-EM structure of the Spike protein. Amino acids positions of E484K, D614G, and Y145-H146 are highlighted.
