Bibliographic Metadata of the 119 Articles Included in the Selected WoS-Indexed Sample
Description
This dataset accompanies the article “Female Representation in Financial Decision-Making Roles: An Exploratory Bibliometric Analysis of a Selected WoS-Indexed Sample.” It contains bibliographic metadata for the 119 articles included in the analysis, including authors, article titles, publication years, journals, DOI links, WoS accession numbers, global citation counts, author keywords, and Keywords Plus.

Steps to reproduce
1. Access the Web of Science Core Collection. 2. Run the following search query: TS=("female representation" OR "glass ceiling" OR "women leadership" OR "financial leadership" OR "financial decision making"). 3. Limit the results to English-language journal articles published between 1999 and 2025. 4. Export the retrieved bibliographic records in BibTeX format. 5. Apply the eligibility criteria described in the related article and retain the 119 thematically relevant articles. 6. Import the records into the R package bibliometrix and use its Biblioshiny interface to analyze annual scientific production, global citation indicators, author-level indicators, and Keywords Plus co-occurrence. 7. Use the deposited Table 3 to verify the bibliographic metadata, DOI links, citation counts, and keyword information for the final sample. Please note that Web of Science is continuously updated; therefore, citation counts and the number of retrieved records may differ if the search is repeated at a later date.
