These data are the results of a study that evaluated the impact on the students' attention and attitude of the instructor's speech rate in a video lecture. The evaluation of the students is included for each video lecture they watched, also incorporating descriptive data of the video: duration (seconds), speech rate (words per second), and topic complexity (based in cognitive load theory).
