ELISA data based on optical density at 450 nm, along with the results of the agglutination test for 49 serum samples against Yersinia pseudotuberculosis O antigens, are presented. The results of the agglutination test indicate that agglutination was observed against the indicated O antigens at the specified dilutions. Agglutination greater than 1:80 was regarded as positive.
