The dataset associated with this study contains the experimental data used for the electrical, optical, spectroscopic, and photovoltaic characterization of the investigated samples and devices. The data are organized into five categories: External Quantum Efficiency (EQE), electrical current–voltage (I–V) measurements, Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, ultraviolet–visible (UV–Vis) spectroscopy, and solar current–voltage (I–V) measurements. These datasets provide the underlying experimental information supporting the device performance and material characterization results reported in the manuscript.
