Characterization of humic and fulvic acid fractions from Amazonian Spodosol soils using ultrahigh resolution mass spectrometry
Description
Ultrahigh resolution mass spectrometry (FT-ICR-MS) data for humic and fulvic acid fractions of Amazonian Spodosol soils. Full materials and methods, as well as interpretations, can be found in the corresponding manuscripts (citations and DOI below). Samples are labeled as HA for humic acid fraction and FA for fulvic acid fraction, respectively. P1 and P4 stand are the two soil profiles studied here. A, Bh, BhC, and C are the corresponding soil horizons. PPL and CEextr (short for CEextraction) are the sample preparation techniques used to solubilize the HA or FA fraction prior to FT-ICR-MS analysis. 1) Goranov, A.I., Tadini, A.M., Martin-Neto, L., Bernardi, A.C.C., Oliveira, P.P.A., Pezzopane, J.R.M., Milori, D.M.B.P., Mounier, S. and Hatcher, P.G.
