Description

Summary dataset (in Matlab table format) and analysis codes (Matlab .m files) for Jedidi-Ayoub, S., Mishchanchuk, K., Liu, A., Renaudineau, S., Duvelle, E. and Grieves, R.M. (2020) Volumetric spatial behaviour in rats reveals the anisotropic organisation of navigation, Animal Cognition. The methods used to collect the data can be found in this paper. Data are provided in a summarised format in the posdata.mat file. Each row of this file represents a session. The script 'lattice_behaviour_main.m' performs two functions, first it can run through every row of this table and analyse the data/add information to the table. Second, it can produce the main figures used in the paper given this table. https://doi.org/10.1007/s10071-020-01432-w
