This dataset contains article-specific plot-level measurements and processed analytical inputs supporting the manuscript “Soil-centered multifunctionality and nematode community responses to equal-N organic substitution in greenhouse vegetable soils”. The dataset includes soil and crop measurements, culture-dependent microbial plate counts and taxon abundances, nematode genus-level relative sequence abundances, soil-centered multifunctionality inputs and scores, and culture-prevalence sensitivity data. Raw nematode sequencing reads are available under NCBI BioProject PRJNA1523940.
