This data is a comilation of files associated with a meta-analysis of morphology of brown and green anoles in urban and forest habitats and in the native and invasive ranges of the brown anoles. It contains harvested from 20 studies corresponding to 126 populations (sex specific) and is the result of narrowing down of data from 39 source studies and 256 populations to the final usable subset used in the meta-regression model. This data combines GIS layers for taxon based ranges, databases for geographic identifiers, full dataset used in meta-regression analysis and R code used in analysis.
