Scopus-Derived Bibliometric Corpus on Pavement Management Systems: Adoption Barriers, Climate Resilience, Equity, and Agentic AI (1982–2026)
Description
This dataset contains the raw, unfiltered Scopus export files retrieved for a critical review of the adoption gap in Pavement Management Systems (PMS) under climate uncertainty and agentic AI. Files were exported directly from seven structured Boolean searches of the Scopus database (TITLE-ABS-KEY), one per thematic search: foundational PMS optimization, institutional and adoption-gap barriers, climate resilience, digital twin applications, agentic AI and large language models, equity and distributional justice, and agency practice/case documentation. Because Scopus enforces a per-query export limit, some of the seven searches were split across two export files, giving 14 CSV files in total and 10,850 records combined. Each file contains standard Scopus bibliographic export fields (title, authors, publication year, source title, abstract, author keywords, and Scopus-recorded citation count, among others) for the records returned by that theme's search string. No filtering, relevance screening, or deduplication has been applied at this stage: records include many results that are not substantively about pavement or infrastructure management, and the same source may appear in more than one file where its topic matched multiple theme searches. This raw dataset is the direct input to an automated filtering and deduplication pipeline (keyword-presence gating followed by exact-DOI and title-similarity deduplication) that produced the review's final 4,194-source analytic corpus. It is provided for transparency and reproducibility of that filtering process, not as a pre-vetted or curated reading list.
