This repository contains the data and code for generating the figures in our manuscript "Dimensionality reduction reveals separate translation and rotation populations in the zebrafish hindbrain" by Feierstein et al. 2023.

Steps to reproduce

We recorded hindbrain activity in zebrafish larvae while responding to rotating gratings. We include here the pre-processed data and scripts for replicating the figures in them manuscript (biorxiv: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.03.12.532285v1.full). For instructions on how to use, see the readme file. For full description of the experiments and results, follow the manuscript link. Note that the biorxiv version is the original version before peer review.
