Description

The purpose of this study is to determine feasibility and effectivity of smartphone-based real-time video visits.We prospectively randomised 139 patients either to traditional (FTF) or online clinic (OLC) in a tertiary university hospital.We measured patients satisfactions clinic metrics such as disease activity,visit outcomes ,socioeconomic parameters,and travel expencess.

Patient examined either face to face at an outpatient clinic or smartphone-based videoconference. Data collected via Case report forms, satisfaction questionnaires, and patient preferences questionnaires.
