Description

Fastq files of bacterial, fungal and plant communities present in bee pollen and bee bread (fermented pollen) from two apiaries, Castelpoto and Montenero di Bisaccia, sampled in the spring of 2020 and analyzed by a culture-independent approach using Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS).
