Grantha Palm leaf images are palm leaf images collected from the Oriental Research Institute at the University of Kerala. Grantha characters are characters used in the southern part of India to write the Sanskrit language. The Sanskrit language is the official language in ancient India. Most of the literature and culture work of Ancient India is written in the Sanskrit language. These palm leaf images are rich resources for valuable information regarding a particular time period. This dataset consists of two folders representing palm leaf images from two palm leaflet books:- IsadiUpanishad and Kalaprakasika.
