Steps to reproduce

Initial member survey (#1) via google forms administered post-member orientation via email communications Follow-up survey (#2) with members 9 months or more into participation via google forms Interviews based on willingness to be interviewed from survey #2. Utilization of a semi-structured interview format. Recorded and subsequently initially transcribed through Otter AI, with transcripts then clarified and cleaned through manual processes. Subsequent coding for key themes based on interview data.
