Description

Rhizosphere soil samples were collected from six treatment groups: non-inoculated without Al (E-), CoT10-inoculated without Al (E+), CoH1-inoculated without Al (E+), non-inoculated with Al (E-Al+), CoT10-inoculated with Al (E+Al+) and CoH1-inoculated with Al (E+Al+). The bacterial community composition in these soils was assessed via high-throughput sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene V3–V4 region on the Illumina NovaSeq platform.
